Hi, I'm Victoria Elam

A Few of My Favorite Things
Favorite drink: Coffee — always.
Favorite place to write: By the bay window during winter, and outdoors the rest of the year.
Dream mystery location: An old theater or a forgotten library filled with secrets.
Inspiration: Everyday life and the people who make it extraordinary.
Writing companion: My thoughts, my curiosity, and a good cup of coffee.

I live in beautiful Montana with my husband, surrounded by the wide-open skies and quiet moments that keep me inspired. I’ve spent many years as an entrepreneur and volunteer, and one of my proudest accomplishments was founding and serving as president of a non-profit organization for businesswomen in Southern Oregon.
My love for family, coffee, and photography runs deep. Back in 2012, my silly, fun-loving grandchildren inspired me to start writing Mischief with Grandma. It took a few twists and turns to get here, but I’m proud to share a story that celebrates imagination, laughter, and the joy of simple, screen-free adventures.
When I’m not writing, you’ll usually find me behind a camera, exploring Montana’s beauty, or enjoying a quiet morning with a cup of coffee in hand — because that’s where the best stories begin.
